Return Policy
We guarantee that
The returned items must be unopened or in good condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returns that are opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
The refund receipt time is 15-30 working days, depending on the issuing bank.
After receiving the return address we sent you, please return the item within 7 working days. Items returned after 7 days will not be eligible for redemption or refund.
Returning/replacing damaged or defective items: You must attach a clear picture showing the damaged/defective item and explain the problem with your item. If you are unable to send pictures, please let us know and we are happy to assist.
Once your package arrives at our facility, we will need a few days (in rare cases, up to 14 days) to process your request. During this period, our warehouse staff will verify and explain all the information you have sent us. Once we receive confirmation from the warehouse, we will contact you via email to confirm that we have received your return and completed the process. We will process a refund to your account based on the return conditions.
We do not accept returns directly sent back by you without prior verification with us.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges (return shipping and resend shipping), unless you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
